Smart Features
Extra Wide Frames
When it comes to tiny houses, wider is better because a little extra room makes a big difference inside a tiny house. We've maximized our standard frame width to be just under the towable limits for nearly all U.S. states therefore there is no need for any special permits to move them. This also, keeps your house categorized as a vehicle which will exclude it from being included in any property taxes. Our frames are 98 inches. This allows you room to include siding, windows, trim, and even a slight roof overhang for rain runoff, depending on your design, and still be under the legal highway limit of 102 inches.
Double The Steel, Double The Strength
Our tiny house trailers are designed and built with superior strength and longevity in mind. By having both outer and inner steel beams, this drastically increases the foundational strength of your walls, roof, and the entire house. Unlike some others, we do not use a flange around the exterior edge to mount your walls on. A flange makes the edge shaped like a T, and is a weaker method versus double steel interior and exterior steel beams, which make the frame shaped more like an H.
Flush Crossmembers
Unlike some others tiny house trailer designs, we attach all cross-members flush with the frame's exterior. Wouldn't you rather have your entire house and flooring fully supported by steel 3" C-channel cross members mounted 18" center-to-center instead of just the perimeter? This also makes wiring and pipes much simpler and secure. Another benefit is that you can add whatever insulation that you prefer under the crossmembers and cover it all securely with a galvanneal sheet pan bottom. Having flush crossmembers adds extra sturdiness that you'll need, especially a few years down the road.
Leveling Jacks
We include four heavy-duty leveling jacks in our standard price to give you added support. A factor that makes our trailer designs better than most is that instead of putting these jacks on the four corners, we center them per section. This distributes the weight better, whether you use the tongue jack, or not. Also, HD tubular jacks, not the more flimsy scissor style jacks.
A 5' Extended Tongue
A 5' extended tongue is also a standard feature that is included in our price. This gives you plenty of room for things such as mounting a generator, butane tanks, or whatever you desire on the front. Also, if you prefer a gooseneck style hitch, that's an option too!
L.E.D. Lighting
All of our tiny house trailers come with compliant L.E.D. Rubber grommet mounted lighting designed for recessed mounting. These waterproof L.E.D. trailer tail lights function as stop, turn, and tail signal lights and feature a durable poly-carbonate housing and lens and also include industry-standard 3-prong plugs for connections.
Smart Fender Wells
Our tiny house trailers have fender wells that are not curved like normal ones. Having the curves reduced , or without them completely like in the picture above, makes it much easier to cut around and seal. This feature helps with insulation and also adds stability.

Other standard features include things such as a 10,000 lb. Drop Leg Spring-loaded jack stand. A 2 5/16" 12.5k bulldog hitch which gives you both stability and strength. A 5/16” heavy duty safety chain with large hooks. A 7-pin Bargman light plug. A D.O.T. break-away safety switch and battery. Also, all models come with radial tires too.
